Results from the 2001 summer sub-mm site testing at Dome C, obtained with a new analysis technique, will be shown and compared to other relevant site results. Even if only a winter long-period campaign can supply definitive results, they qualify Dome C as one of the best, if not the best, submillimetre ground based site in the world. A critical analysis of the skydip technique, with some new results about the effectiveness of the technique, will be shown.
