Recent 2dF spectroscopic observations discovered a new type of galactic objects in Fornax cluster of galaxies. I discuss the origin of these new galaxies by comparing recent HST, Keck, GEMINI, VLT, and AAT observation with my GRAPE simulations. Also I propoese a unified model for super-giant globular clusters and UCDs.
