Over the last 12 months we have created an archive capable of storing all images from the APT and ROTSE IIIa telescopes for at least the next 3 years. Our goal has been to make the contents of the archive easily accessible via a Simple Image Access Protocol (SIAP) service and a more traditional web interface. The development of the archive will be briefly discussed, and then a demonstration of the web application will be provided.
