Abstract
I will review the current experimental information on neutrino masses and mixing, and discuss some of the models introduced in an attempt to better understand the data. I will then outline the possible resolution of the puzzle of the baryon asymmetry of the Universe through CP violation in the lepton sector, and other implications of this.
