Research Interests
Fundamental studies of clean
semiconductor surfaces by various advanced techniques to derive
atomic structure and electron states including novel cleavage luminescence
method and scanning tunneling microscopy in high vacuum. Basic studies
of thin films for switching and other applications. Electroluminescence
from spark-processed silicon.
