This year the meeting will be in the two-day format and will cover all topics related to statistical mechanics.

The sessions will be held in the Old Main Building, School of Physics, University of New South Wales, commencing at 10.00 a.m. on Monday and 9.00 a.m on Tuesday. Coffee, tea and biscuits will be available. A table will be set up to display recent preprints and reprints.

If you plan to attend please fill out and submit the form by 10 November, so that accommodation and dinner reservations can be confirmed. It may not be possible to accommodate reservations received after this date. The program will, for the most part, be filled on a first come basis but some allowances will be made to maintain a balanced program between various topics. Tentative programs will be sent out by email and placed on the web page in November.

There will be no registration fee. The conference dinner will be held in our traditional venue, Mamma Teresa's restaurant in Anzac Parade, Kingsford at 6.30 p.m. on the Monday evening. The cost of the set dinner, which will include bread, a choice of entree and chicken, veal or fish of the day for main course, will be $29.50, with dessert and coffee extra. Partners are wlcome and vegetarian meals can be arranged if requested in advance.

There will be some limited funding for partial expenses for students attending the meeting, courtesy of the Gordon Godfrey Fund, so would student registrants please indicate their interest.

Please pass on the details of the meeting to anyone else who may be interested.

We look forward to seeing you in December.

Best wishes, Chris Hamer and Mukunda Das
